Marry in an agreed licensed ceremony space, enjoy photographs in our gardens and countryside setting, then retreat to your own luxury cottage with a private hot tub.

Your elopement can be just the two of you, or a small gathering with close family and friends by prior agreement.

Stay for Your Wedding Night or Mini-Moon

Brambles is our secluded romantic cottage for two

With its own private balcony hot tub, peaceful valley views and a cosy log burner.

It is a lovely choice for a wedding night, anniversary stay or mini-moon after your ceremony.

Depending on your guest numbers and availability, Meadow Byre, Orchard Barn or The Manor may also be suitable for a small elopement stay with close family or friends.

Your Ceremony

Forest Barns has licensed indoor ceremony spaces and outdoor ceremony areas, giving you a choice of settings for your ceremony.

Your ceremony may be followed by photographs, a celebratory fizz toast and time to enjoy the grounds before returning to your cottage or continuing your celebration by arrangement.

Couples are responsible for booking the registrars and completing the legal notice requirements for a civil ceremony.

Small, Simple and Personal

Your elopement does not need to follow a traditional wedding format.

You may choose a quiet ceremony for two, a small family gathering, a relaxed weekday wedding, or a short-notice date where availability and legal requirements allow.

Optional extras such as flowers, private dining suggestions, drinks arrangements, spa treatments or a longer mini-moon stay can be discussed when planning your booking.
